HAB (Hoyer Architekten Berlin) is an internationally active, full service Architecture firm, meeting all your needs in

architecture, planning and development. We integrate the practical realities of our clients, taking into consideration the visions, wishes, lives, business intentions and budgets of each project individually. Our main motivation and goal in our projects are the symbiosis of economics and environment. It is important to us in every project we undertake fits in the character of the surrounding environment and adds that extra something. It is important for us at HAB that each project reflects it´s surrounding environment.

We have developed a unique design methodology: In our firm the ingenuity lies not only in the end result but in the way and means that we arrive at the solution. Extraordinary must not always be extraordinarily expensive, which often lies in the creative, professional approach and planning of the beginning of each project. The location and all it´s neighboring influences, as well as the aspirations and interests of each client are at the heart of every new project. Our architecture combines the existing and tells a story about the history of the location. We also integrate our own style and stimulus into each project that leads to deliberation and interest in the neighbourhood.

Florian Hoyer already conceived and completed his first project in 1994 while studying Architecture at the University of Berlin. Since 1997 he worked with Harald Schindele at the firm Hoyer and Schindele Architecture. In 2004 Markus Hirschmüller came on as partner and the name changed to HSH Architecture. The most renowned projects in Berlin are the renovation of the Café Moskau as well as the E-Werk building. As complete building site is the notable the hanging house (das hängende Haus) on the Choriner Str. 21 and the Auguststr. 62 in Berlin. In 2012 transformed Florian Hoyer opened his own firm. Through sophisticated and demanding residential house projects or industrial monuments, new accents are set at places that have become silent or already present qualities will be brought back into conversation.
