The term Waking Dream is very synonymous with the term Dream Interpretation. If you are like me, then you are probably wondering what exactly a Waking dream is and how can it help you. The answer is simply that it is a process of knowing how to record your dreams so that you can have an insight into your subconscious mind. This is why I love to dream!

Many people are of the opinion that dreams are just pure brain activity and that no one can be aware of it. But this is absolutely not true because you are awake all day long, and sometimes, your thoughts go haywire, and you get a lot of sleep. All of a sudden, you are awake again, but you cannot remember any of the recent happenings of the previous night. So it is obvious that you have had a fantastic dream and it has stayed with you!

Dreams are basically all experiences that you have throughout your lifetime. A Waking Dream is when you realize that you have had some fantastic dreams, and these memories stay with you and are extremely powerful. Dreams can help you tremendously in terms of creativity as well as in overcoming personal obstacles. The process of recording your Dreams can help you understand the meaning of life and death and can also help you achieve great things in life.

Waking up from a Dream can be a very traumatic experience. When I was a young boy, my mother would wake us up very early in the morning and would take me outside and walk me to the garden, where she would sit me down and tell me a story about the world. She would often sing to me until I felt sleepy, and we finally fell asleep.

My grandmothers would have me sit by her side at night and tell her stories all night long. At the age of 4, I started to have nightmares, and my grandmother would rush to the hospital, convinced that I was suffering from a serious disease. Once she was sure that something wasn't right, she rushed me to a child psychologist. He diagnosed my sleeping problems as a case of sleep apnea. The doctor prescribed some medicine for my sleeping problem, but it didn't work. In fact, it made my sleeping worse.

Waking up from a dream can be a scary experience, but once you do it a few times, you will understand what I am talking about. This type of dreaming is called Lucid Dreaming. Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming and yet you are awake. You are able to control your dreams and the way they unfold. It is a very amazing thing.

Once you begin to learn how to lucid dream, you will find yourself having many dreams that you can relate to. If you relate them to something in your daily life, then you will be able to understand their meaning better. Lucid dreams can help you solve life's mysteries. It is like an out of body experience, for more info:

People who have this type of dreaming experience are always amazed by the things they can dream about. If you want to have lucid dreams, all you have to do is to learn how to get in the state of waking fully. When you are fully awake, you are in the most relaxed condition possible. Waking up from a dream and being aware that you are dreaming can help you realize that you have lucid dreams. Waking up from a dream that you are aware of yet don't wake up completely from it can help you realize that it really does happen. If you have ever had one that woke you up totally, you will understand what I mean.
