Planning and execution process
The team follows a structured process for all projects from the time an idea is presented to them until it is executed to the client’s satisfaction. After the initial meeting with the client, they have a detailed briefing about the project to understand requirements, followed by a site visit to understand the layout and dimensions.
After this, the project is translated into drawings and presented to the client for approval. Once the client clears the project, the company enters into a formal contract with a ballpark budget before beginning work on other sections and setting timelines for project completion. Once the contract cost is finalized, and the client releases advance funds, full-scale work begins on the project. Every phase of project execution has to be approved by the client before work begins on the next phase.
Any snags or errors are rectified immediately on notice by the execution team or client. The team works on project milestones and handover projects only after every aspect is inspected by the team and cleared by the client. At every point of the project, they are available for clarifications, changes or corrections.
