Designing your own home gym:

If you are a fitness freak, living a life of an average person must be a difficult thing for you. Individuals who are always looking forward to having a healthy life want to hit the gym on a daily basis. Now, this is not possible if you live far away from a gym. Nonetheless, if you even live close to it, there are still many obstacles like stuck to work at home or office. Therefore, having a gym in your house is something you want to go for! Having a gym in your house is becoming a popular trend.  More and more people are creating in-house workout space. Most common things you need to keep in mind while setting up a gym in your house are as follows: 

1) The budget Having a budget in your mind while start designing a gym in your home is one of the important aspects to take care. Starting up a gym in your home is quite easy and inexpensive! You don’t necessarily need to have the fancy and expensive equipment. Though we all know the gym equipment is always high on the price so get ready to splurge some extra. But don’t you worry, I have a list of essential tools. All of these could be purchased for under $400. 

-    Elastic tubing 

-    Free weights 

-    Stability ball 

-    Mat (For those who prefer yoga) 

-    Cardio equipment I know Cardio equipment are expensive machines, but you can always check in homify for discounts or even used tools. 

2) Have colourful stuff When it comes to starting a gym in your house, you need to keep it as much customized as possible. Along with that, you also need to make sure the gym you have set up in your house depicts your personality. If you are who love colours, you can add customized stuff in your gym. For that, you can have some colourful dumb bells. Along with that, you can also add some extra mirrors. While watching your image in the mirror, you would be able to see how much more you need to work to reach your desired outcome. 

3) Ventilation and Temperature Control Now it depends on the season if you do workouts in summer. Installing a high-quality insulation is critical and highly effective as well. It is evident that heat generated by an extreme workout will heat up the room. Having an air conditioner in the gym will quickly solve this problem. No need to worry about winter as it will take care itself. 

4) Motivation factor does count When it comes to having your gym, the worst thing is demotivation.  The only person working out there would be you. Therefore, you need to go ahead and do something that would eradicate the demotivation factor. What you can do for that is setting up an LCD tv and play the best workout videos. You can also turn on some hard-core music that would help you in going hard on the exercise routine. This will motivate you to work hard and get into shape.
